When using Pay by Card, Zopa collects important information from your customer's card issuing bank that can help you make decisions before shipping goods including:
CVV - The 3 or 4-digit security code on the back or front of your customer's card
AVS - The street address and postal code on file with the card issuing bank
3D Secure - The bank's ECI response to the 3DS challenge
Verifying the response from your customer's card issuing bank can help you make informed decisions on whether to ship goods or potentially to reach out to your customer for information.
