Summary
Use this article to understand the main areas of the DivideBuy Retailer Portal.
You’ll learn how to use the left-hand navigation menu, return to your dashboard, select a store, update your profile information, and change your password.
Some profile information can be updated by the user. Role information for User Executives must be updated by a Retailer Super Admin.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Access to the DivideBuy Retailer Portal
- Your current password and PIN number, if you need to change your password
- Access to the phone number registered to your User Profile, if you need to receive a verification code
Use the left-hand navigation menu
The DivideBuy Retail Portal is designed to be easy to navigate.
The column on the left-hand side is visible from any screen. You can use this menu to move between different sections of the portal.
Use the My Store tab
The My Store tab is your dashboard.
This is the page you’ll return to each time you log in to the DivideBuy Retail Portal.
If you have access to multiple stores, you can choose which store you want to view from this area.
View your User Profile
At the bottom of the left-hand navigation column, you’ll see the icon for your User Profile.
You can use this section to view and manage your profile information.
- Log in to the DivideBuy Retailer Portal.
- Go to the bottom of the left-hand navigation column.
- Select your User Profile icon.
Edit your profile information
You can update your profile information from your User Profile section.
- Open your User Profile.
- Select Edit.

4. Select Save to save your changes.
Or, if you click “Cancel”, all changes will not be saved.
If you select Cancel, your changes will not be saved.
Role information
User Executives cannot change their own Role Information.
If your role information needs to be updated, a Retailer Super Admin will need to make these changes.
Change your password
You can change your password from the “settings” section.
- Open your User Profile.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password by entering it again.
Once you have entered all your details, select “Send Code” at which point a verification code will be sent to the phone number registered with your User Profile.
You’ll receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code into the onscreen box and click “Verify.” A Message will appear on the portal to confirm that your password has been successfully changed.
- Select Send Code.
A verification code will be sent to the phone number registered to your User Profile.
Verify your password change
After selecting Send Code, you’ll receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code into the onscreen box.
- Select Verify.
A message will appear in the DivideBuy Retail Portal confirming that your password has been successfully changed.
If you need help
Contact Zopa Support if:
- You cannot log in to the DivideBuy Retail Portal
- You cannot access your User Profile
- You cannot update your profile information
- Your changes do not save
- You cannot select Change Password
- You do not receive the 6-digit verification code
- Your password does not update after selecting Verify
- Your role information needs to be changed and you do not know who your Retailer Super Admin is
