Whether you need access to the Dashboard depends on the integration you're using.
Do I need to use the Zopa Dashboard?
You will need to use the Zopa Dashboard if you're using any of the following integrations:
- Standard API
- Headless API
- Magento
- WooCommerce
- Any of these payment methods
If you're using one of these integrations, you'll use the Dashboard to manage your Retail Finance orders.
When you don't need the Zopa Dashboard
You do not need access to the Zopa Dashboard if you're using:
If you're using one of these integrations, the onboarding team will not create a Zopa Dashboard account for you during implementation.
