As part of bringing DivideBuy, Rvvup, and Zopa together under one brand, you may still see references to DivideBuy or Rvvup in some parts of your merchant journey.
This is expected while we complete our migration to a fully Zopa-branded experience.
What you might see
During the transition, references to DivideBuy or Rvvup may still appear in places such as:
- Merchant agreements and other contractual documents
- Consumer finance agreements
- Emails and notifications
- Parts of the merchant portal or payment journey
- Other customer or merchant communications
These references do not affect the service you receive or your relationship with Zopa.
Do I need to do anything?
No. If you see DivideBuy or Rvvup mentioned, there's no need to contact Support or raise a ticket.
We're updating each part of our platform as quickly as possible, and some changes naturally take longer than others. We'll replace legacy branding with Zopa branding as each area is migrated.
What's changing?
Our goal is for every aspect of the platform to carry the Zopa brand, including:
- Merchant-facing platforms
- Customer communications
- Contracts and legal documentation
- Marketing assets
- Promotional materials available for merchants to use
We'll make these updates in phases to ensure a smooth transition.
Keeping you updated
We're excited to become one Zopa and appreciate your patience while we complete the rebrand.
We'll continue to keep this Help Centre up to date with our progress and share important announcements on the Zopa Business website.
If you're unsure whether something is part of the planned rebrand or have a question that isn't covered here, please contact our Support team at merchantsupport@zopa.com
