Please note: Shopify integration is only available with Zopa Retail Finance.
To set up Zopa Retail Finance on your Shopify store, our Merchant Onboarding team will need collaboration access.
This allows us to configure your integration, install Zopa as a payment option at checkout, and add the required widgets and credit page.
What do I need before getting started?
Before sharing access, make sure you have:
- Your Shopify store URL.
- Your Shopify collaboration code, if applicable.
- The name of the Shopify theme you'd like us to duplicate for the integration.
- Decided where you'd like your Zopa widgets displayed — on product pages, cart summary pages, or both.
How do I share Shopify collaboration access?
Our Merchant Onboarding team will contact you when they're ready to begin setting up your integration.
When they contact you:
- Provide your Shopify store URL.
- Share your Shopify collaboration code, if applicable.
- Confirm which Shopify theme you'd like us to duplicate.
- Let us know where you'd like your Zopa widgets displayed.
- Approve the collaboration access request from our onboarding team.
Once access has been approved, our team can begin configuring your Shopify integration.
What will Zopa set up on my Shopify store?
After collaboration access has been approved, our Merchant Onboarding team will:
- Configure your Shopify integration.
- Install Zopa Retail Finance as a payment option at checkout.
- Add the Zopa credit page.
- Install Zopa widgets on your selected storefront pages.
Where can I display Zopa widgets?
You can choose to display Zopa widgets in the following locations:
- Product pages: Display Zopa Retail Finance information alongside your products.
- Cart summary pages: Display Zopa Retail Finance information within your cart summary.
- Both: Display widgets on product pages and cart summary pages.
Let our Merchant Onboarding team know your preferred placement during setup.
What happens after the integration is complete?
Once our team has finished setting up your Shopify integration:
- Zopa Retail Finance will be available as a payment option at checkout.
- Your selected widgets will be visible on your storefront.
- Your integration will be ready for testing or launch, depending on your onboarding stage.
