If you offer Pay by Bank or Retail Finance, you can add funds to your Zopa Dash account balance to help complete refunds.
This article explains where to find your account details, what payment reference to use, and what happens to any remaining funds.
When should I top up my balance?
You may need to top up your balance if there aren’t enough funds available to complete a refund.
For Pay by Bank, if there aren’t enough funds available, a refund will remain Pending for up to 3 days while funds accumulate. You can top up your balance to help the refund continue processing.
For more information about Pay by Bank refund statuses and processing times, see Pay by Bank refunds.
How do I top up my balance?
- Log in to Zopa Dash.
- Select Balances.
- Open the Overview tab.
- Find your account details in the Account Details section.
- Send the funds to the Modulr account using those details.
- Use BALANCE TOP UP as the payment reference.
The payment reference allows the funds to be automatically assigned as a balance top-up and used for refunds.
Important: Enter the reference exactly as shown: BALANCE TOP UP.
What happens after I top up?
Your top-up will be automatically assigned to your balance and used for refunds.
If a Pay by Bank refund is Pending and sufficient funds become available within the 3-day pending period, it will continue processing.
What happens to any money left over?
Any remaining amount from your top-up will be returned to you as part of your usual end-of-day disbursement.
