Need to update your bank account?
When you apply for a Zopa account, you supply us with your bank account details. We use this bank account for disbursements (aka settling or depositing money to you for your Pay by Bank and Pay by Card sales). If you need to change this bank account, you can request the update and the Zopa Support team will be happy to help! For changing your Zopa Retail Finance account, please email merchantsupport@zopa.com.
⚠️ Requests to update a bank account must come from the Account Ownerℹ️ How to update your bank account:
1. Log in to the Zopa Dashboard
2. Navigate to Business profile
3. Under Banking details, you can verify the current bank account on file
4. Click the Request changes button to open up a new email to the Support team
5. 📎 Attach a recent bank statement for the new account showing the following information:
- Account name
- Account number
- Sort code
- Date (within the past 90 days)
