If you need to change the bank account that Zopa uses to make your merchant payments, you'll need to contact our Accounts team.
To help us update your details securely, we'll need proof of the new bank account.
How to request a bank account change
Email our Accounts team at:
Please include a copy of a recent bank statement for the new account.
The statement must clearly show:
- The account number
- The sort code
You may redact any other information on the statement, provided the account number and sort code remain clearly visible.
What happens next?
Once we've received your request, the Accounts team will review the documentation and update your bank details.
You'll be contacted to confirm once the changes have been completed.

To help avoid delays, please make sure:
- The bank statement is for the account you want payments to be made to.
- The account number and sort code are clearly visible.
- Your email includes enough information for us to identify your merchant account, such as your business name or merchant reference.
