Because settlement schedules differ between platforms, the date you receive funds may not always match the date shown on your remittance documents.

Payment timing for merchants using Autopay
If you have agreed to receive payments through Autopay as part of your go-live agreement with Zopa (arranged with your Sales Agent), the point at which payment is released to you may differ from the process described in this article.
Your payment trigger and disbursement timing will follow the terms agreed during your go-live process.
