This article explains how to log in to the Zopa In Person portal for the first time and set up two-factor authentication.
Once you’ve logged in successfully, you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
Before you start
Make sure:
- A user account has been created for you
- You’ve received your login email
- You can access the device you’ll use for two-factor authentication
Log in for the first time
- Check your inbox for an email containing your login details.
- Follow the instructions in the email.
- Alternatively, go to app.zopa.vendigo.com.

Enter your login details.
- Follow the prompts to set up two-factor authentication.
- Once you’ve logged in, you’ll arrive at your dashboard.
If you have not received your login email
Your login email may not have arrived because:
- Your account has not been created yet
- The email has gone to your spam or junk folder
- The wrong email address was used
To resolve this:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm your email address with your administrator.
- Request a new login email if needed.
