Use this article to understand what happens during your initial DivideBuy Retailer Portal setup.
Your initial setup is handled during onboarding. As part of this process, you’ll receive an email with an Activate Account link so you can register your details as a Retailer Super Admin User.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Access to the email address used during onboarding
- Your Activate Account email
- Any details requested during registration
Activate your account
- Check your inbox for the Activate Account email.
- Open the email.
- Select Activate Account.
- Follow the link to register your details.
- Complete your registration as a Retailer Super Admin User.
What happens next
Once your account has been activated, you’ll be registered as a Retailer Super Admin User.
This will allow you to access the DivideBuy Retail Portal using the details created during registration.
If you cannot activate your account
Contact Zopa Support if:
- You have not received the Activate Account email
- The activation link does not work
- You cannot complete your registration
- Your details appear to be incorrect
- You are unsure which email address was used during onboarding
When contacting support, include your store name, your email address, and any relevant screenshots.
