Issue a Refund

Use this article to refund an order from the DivideBuy Retailer Portal.

How to refund an order

1. Log in to the DivideBuy Retailer Portal.
   
2. Find the order you want to refund.
3. Use the search function if needed. You can search using the customer details or order details.
   
4. Click on the order.

5. Select Refund.
