Use this article to upload delivery documentation to the DivideBuy Retailer Portal.
Uploading proof of delivery is an important part of fulfilling an order. It helps confirm delivery and makes sure the order can move forward for payment.
You should upload delivery documents as soon as they are available.
Before you start
Before uploading proof of delivery, make sure:
- The order is in Processing status
- You have access to the Retailer Portal
- Your delivery document is ready to upload
- The file is one of the accepted formats:
- JPEG
- PNG
- doc
- docx
Upload proof of delivery
- Log in to your Retailer Portal.
- Select Orders.
This will show all orders in the portal sales grid.
- Select Processing from the filter tab.
- Select the order that needs proof of delivery.
- Select Browse
- Choose the file you want to upload to the order.
- Select Open.
The file name will be added to the Proof of Delivery text box.
- Check that the file is one of the accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, doc or docx.
Select Submit - your file will be uploaded and the Order Status will change to “Fulfilled”.
